3 Day Tour of Oregon, Washington & British Columbia

Victoria, British Columbia Portland is Oregon's most populous city, but just minutes out of the city limits, you will find some of the most stunning scenery in the United States.  This tour is a great way to see all the best!

Day 1 - Depart Portland, crossing into the state of Washington. As you journey northward, notice the Cascade Mountain Range in all its splendor, with Mount St. Helens and Mount Rainier as the focal points. Your coach will make its way up the beautiful Olympic Peninsula to the tip at Port Angeles, where you sail across the Strait of Juan de Fuca to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. This special city will make you feel as if you have dropped into Merry Ol' England for a jaunt.

Day 2 - Enjoy the exquisite beauty of Butchart Gardens this morning, filled with forty acres of ever-blooming flowers in dozens of varieties. Make your way to the ferry landing for a trip to the mainland with an overnight stop in Vancouver, BC, noted as one of the most fascinating cities in North America.  You will not want to miss Robson Street, Stanley Park and Canada Place!

Day 3 - Depart Canada this morning to stop in Seattle for lunch. Visit the Pike Place Market or check out Seattle Center and the world-famous Space Needle. Then return to Portland for the evening with a stop by  Mount St. Helens, wracked by a volcanic explosion in 1980, along the way. You'll have a 'birds-eye' view of the wonderful Pacific Northwest in just three short days! (Option: return to your home city from Seattle)

JUST OREGON - Peak Excitement!

Scenic Crater Lake National ParkOregon's backbone is comprised of the lofty Cascade Range, and among these peaks, there are interesting stories and history to discover.  Come and enjoy learning about natural and human history amid spectacular scenery!

Day 1- Journey over the majestic Cascades by way of Timberline Lodge on the slopes of Mt. Hood and into the Central Oregon Desert. Make your way to Bend for a visit to the world-class High Desert Museum before you overnight in this picturesque central Oregon city.

Day 2 - Today your tour travels through volcanic lava lands to the spectacular Crater Lake National Park. Notice the intensely blue color of the nearly 2,000 foot deep lake, formed thousands of years ago from the collapse of the (former) Mount Mazama volcano. You'll marvel at the scenic beauty. Overnight in Grant's Pass on the shores of the Rogue River.

Day 3 - Turning northward today offers insights into the Rogue River Valley and the Willamette Valley, known as the "Eden at the end of the Trail." The Oregon Trail Pioneers settled here and established lush agricultural fields. Produce from this area remains an important base on the economic scale for the state. Arrive in Portland this evening. (Option: Depart from Bend to the ocean beaches via Eugene.)
