Security: Columbia Crossroads Tours is a member of the National Tour Association. We carry tour payment protection to the amount of $250,000 and errors and omissions insurance to the minimum value of $1,000,000.

My wife and I wanted to do something special with the family for our anniversary celebration, but with our wedding date so close to Christmas, we did not want to add the burden of ‘another event’ to our kids and grandkids. Columbia Crossroads guided us into an amazing combination in which we were able to just enjoy – they handled all the coordination and payments to the various vendors, etc.. First was the use of a Party Bus to pick us up, take us to a restaurant special to us, then transport us to the Winter Wonderland drive through Christmas Lights display at Portland International Raceway. The event came off beautifully, all ages had fun, and we got to completely relax and just enjoy! Special thanks to Cheryl and Carrie of Columbia Crossroads!

Before too much time has passed, I want to thank you for the fabulous trip your company arranged fo us Juen 7-14, 2016.The hotels were marvelous, starting with the very relaxing Heathman Lodge. The beautiful dining room, lovely setting and the “elite’ 4th floor for breakfast were added features. The Elizabeth Street Inn was fantastic, with its glorious setting overlooking the ocean. Thank you!
Cynthia, everything proceeded as it was supposed to, from the planned events, day to day agenda, quality of the trip and included meals. I was thrilled to still be able to the them to the Aquarium and it was an outstanding experience. Front row seats for the parade were another positive surprise. Thank you.
Tom was an outstanding guide. He was knowledgeable , very east to work with, quite capable and a good driver. When I wanted a regional restaurant and not a chain for meals on their own, he also pursued that idea, coming up with workable suggestions. He went out of his way to be pleasant, showing the area and making sure everyone had a good time.
I know I mentioned I rarely use receptives, but if everyone handled trips as well as your company, I would change my thinking! Thank you again so much.
